Daniel B. Hauri
Daniel is a banking professional with comprehensive education from UBS Basel and vast experience in private banking and portfolio management. He served as a head of finance of two branch offices of UBS and later switched to Bank Austria in Zurich as senior portfolio manager, with the rank of a member of management. Since 1998, Daniel has been a co-founder of an asset management firm in Basel. In addition, Daniel Hauri is a member of the board of directors of a trust company.

Evgenia Ushakova
Evgenia holds a renowned master’s degree in Strategy and International Management from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) as well as two bachelor degrees – from Russian and American universities. Currently Evgenia is pursuing a doctoral degree at the University of St. Gallen. With several work placements in Russia, Switzerland and Germany, she gained practical experience with engineering and industrial companies like Continental. Her professional interests range from business model innovation and financial modeling, planning and valuation.

Yao Ma
Yao holds master degrees in Banking and Finance and International Affairs from the University of St. Gallen (M.A. HSG). As a CFA level III candidate, she has professional qualification and experience in corporate finance and equity investment. She completed her bachelor studies in International Accounting at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics and gained previous experience in private equity in China. Coming from an intercultural background, Yao is devoted to promoting cross-border transactions between the East and the West.

Severin Paravicini
Severin holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Business Management. Prior to joining TRIUM, Severin gained experience in different areas within the financial sector. He worked in private and corporate banking in different departments at UBS Switzerland. He further performed external audit work in the financial services sector at PwC.

Jannik holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management and is currently pursuing his master’s degree in Accounting and Corporate Finance at the University of St. Gallen (HSG). Before joining TRIUM, Jannik gained experience in corporate finance in the investment banking divisions of Commerzbank and Berenberg before working in private equity at One Equity Partners in Frankfurt.

Nina Ollagnon
Nina holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Accounting and Corporate Finance. Prior to joining TRIUM, Nina gained experience in different areas of the financial industry. She previously worked at Julius Baer AG in the portfolio management division and as an equity analyst at Quaero Capital AG, a fund management company offering both listed and private equity funds.

Caroline holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Accounting and Corporate finance in the same institution. In between her degrees, Caroline gained experience in private equity at Alpha Leonis Partners and in investment banking at Lincoln International, where she was involved in both buy-side and sell-side transactions. Prior to joining TRIUM, Caroline was working part-time within the finance division of a leading European healthtech startup, where she aided them in building their financial models.

Alex completed technical and commercial education with a federal diploma in sales and marketing of higher VET. Over the course of his career, Alex changed his work experience from the control, high frequency and measuring techniques he to sales and marketing domain. He was acting as sales and export manager and as CEO in Swiss and international trading companies and groups in the electro and electronic industry. Since 1993, he has been a managing partner at a Swiss consulting company in the area of mergers & acquisitions and corporate finance.
