Daniel is a banking professional with comprehensive education from UBS Basel and vast experience in private banking and portfolio management. He served as a head of finance of two branch offices of UBS and later switched to Bank Austria in Zurich as senior portfolio manager, with the rank of a member of management. Since 1998, Daniel has been a co-founder of an asset management firm in Basel. In addition, Daniel Hauri is a member of the board of directors of a trust company.

Yao holds a PhD in Management from the University of Neuchâtel and master’s degrees in Banking and Finance and International Affairs from the University of St. Gallen (HSG). As a member of ACCA and a candidate for CFA Level III, she has professional qualifications in corporate finance and equity investment. Prior to joining Trium, Yao gained experience in private equity and venture capital in China. With a cross-cultural background, Yao is dedicated to facilitating cross-border transactions between East and West.

He was acting as sales and export manager and as CEO in Swiss and international trading companies and groups in the electro and electronic industry. Since 1993, he has been a managing partner at a Swiss consulting company in the area of mergers & acquisitions and corporate finance.
